Sorry for being so quiet lately. So much for THAT New Year’s Resolution! I’ve been swamped this month with a variety of things, mostly soccer related. The NCYSA put on a great soccer show, my team moved up from Challenge to Classic, lots of league guidelines needed review/amendment, etc. and I’m helping remodel three houses (ours and friend’s). So blogging got sidetracked. Lots of stuff coming, so apologize in advance for the wave about to happen. Shout out to all who have followed me on Twitter – soccer seems to have ‘arrived’ on Twitter of late. Same with blogs. Felt like I was the only ‘Youth Soccer Blog’ around for many years, now a bunch have popped up and we’ll be checking on on them soon.
I hope everyone had an enjoyable off-season. Let the Spring season begin!

Great to have you back on the pitch! I’m looking forward to more of your blog posts while I get geared up to coach U11 girls this spring. Already had three indoor tournaments and we’re seeing some great progress on our team. Even got me some new boots for the spring! Bring it on!

Definitely keep us posted on their progress – working on a post to fill everyone in on the Lunachicks, my U12 Girls team, and what they’re up to this Spring. Going to be a lot of fun.
