The forecast isn’t looking very promising tomorrow…
A storm developing in the Gulf Coast states will move northeast
and affect locations in the northwest Piedmont of North Carolina
beginning late tonight. Precipitation is expected to begin overnight
as a mix of rain and snow… then continue through the day Saturday.
The mixture of rain and snow will eventually change over to all snow
before ending as snow showers Saturday evening.
BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! They complained when we practiced in the rain… Just wait till we do foot drills while its SNOWING!!!! BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! I’m such an evil coach! Well that and I’m joking – if it snows – I’m heading to the NC Southern Soccer Show instead. But admit it – I KNOW some of you have practiced in the snow. I just know it!

I don’t even know why the weatherman tries… No snow overnight like they expected. It was cold in the morning, but just misting rain. Forecast calls for less than a tenth of an inch for the whole day. So we unlocked the fields and left practice up to the discretion of the coaches since the ground was hardly wet and the forecast was for so little rain. Needless to say it rained ALL day nice and steady. Nobody had practice as cold and wet as it was. Silly weathermen.
